The terms and conditions governing your use of the Centre of Corporate Studies platform and services.
Please read carefully. By accessing, registering on or purchasing from the Centre of Corporate Studies (CCS) platform at www.corporate.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or purchase a course on the CCS platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You must:
CCS is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
Each individual learner may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain multiple access grants or abuse promotional offers is prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
Upon successful payment for a course, you are granted lifetime access to the course content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This access is:
Course access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. For M-Pesa payments, access is typically activated within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. For card payments, access is activated upon Paystack confirmation.

CCS aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance (typically with advance notice) or experience unavoidable downtime. We are not liable for temporary unavailability. In the unlikely event of permanent platform discontinuation, we will provide a minimum of 90 days' notice and arrange for certificate records to be maintained.
CCS reserves the right to update, improve and modify course content. We strive to keep content current and relevant. In rare cases, a course may be retired — enrolled users will be notified and offered an equivalent alternative or refund.
All prices displayed on the CCS platform are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable VAT. International users may see USD pricing on the payment page depending on their selected payment method.
We accept:
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
If a payment fails or is not confirmed, course access will not be granted. If your M-Pesa account was debited but access was not granted, contact us at info@corporate.co.ke with your transaction reference within 48 hours and we will resolve it within one business day.
CCS reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.
All CCS courses require a pass mark of 70% on the final examination (50 multiple-choice questions) to receive a certificate. The pass mark is non-negotiable.
You have unlimited retake attempts on all examinations. There is no additional charge for retakes. We encourage you to review the course content before retaking an exam.
You agree to complete all assessments personally and honestly. The following constitute academic dishonesty and will result in certificate revocation and account termination:
Each certificate carries a unique certificate ID and QR verification code. CCS and Global Leadership Institute maintain permanent records of all certificates issued. Certificates may be verified by employers and institutions using the QR code or by contacting us.
CCS reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is established that it was obtained through academic dishonesty, payment fraud or misrepresentation.
Organisations using CCS's corporate portal agree to the following additional terms:

Content you submit on the platform (discussion forum posts, notes, feedback) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant CCS a non-exclusive licence to use, display and moderate it on the platform. You must not post content that is defamatory, harassing, illegal or infringes third-party rights.
You agree not to use the CCS platform to:
The CCS platform and course content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, CCS's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, loss of employment opportunity or loss of business.
CCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to purchased courses if you:
We will provide notice before termination where possible. For serious violations (e.g. fraud, abuse), we may terminate accounts immediately without notice or refund.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be referred to mediation in Nairobi, and thereafter to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
For users outside Kenya, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction to the extent required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will post the updated Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
